    1) Can you tell me the step by step instructions on how you are embeding the code?
    2) Are you switching to HTML mode and paste your embed code there?
    3) Can you show me the embed code you are using?

    Code used -

    <iframe src="//;portrait=0&amp;color=c9ff23" width="500" height="281" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>

I copy the embed info from Vimeo. Then select HTML within the description option. After i paste the code in i select update. I then select the 'save' icon in the description window.

    Attaced screenshots of the process.

Thank you very much for all your help.

Oh, I see, actually the main problem is that you can't even save your embed code, it's not saving.
The problem is with your hosting, this server configuration.
Please ask your hosting provider to disable: PHP suhosin extension - this extension blocks some HTML code for security reasons.

Another option is to host your Berta on our servers, read more about benefits
