Slideshow problem

Hello,

I have noticed when someone open my website in a browser by the first time it takes a few minutes to load something, meanwhile the slideshows doesn't work properly: when the user clicks on the picture nothing happens and when click on the numbers, a new tab opens with te picture instead of show the picture in the slideshow.
Many of my visitors will visit my website only one time and I want the slideshows working when the website is loaded.
What can we do about this issue?
