Dear Berta Support,

I am building a website using the messy template. One problem I am running into is that Banners I have inserted does not align with the rest of the contents when I select the ‘center content’ option under page layout. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Thanks.

    Hello,
"Centered contents" is only available if "Resposive design" is "Enabled - yes". When responsive design is enabled, whole website layout look and act different, try it out and check if it fit your needs.

Also check this video tutorial: http://support.berta.me/kb/video-tutorials/how-to-set-up-responsive...

    Good luck

    Hi

Sorry, I was talking about Centered layout, not Centered contents. Attached are screenshots of what my site looks like with the Centered layout turned on and off. The elements that are misaligned were inserted as banners.

    Hello,
oh, yes, banners don't play nice with centered layout - it's a know bug and are now added to our to do list.

    Thanks for reporting.

    Thanks.

Also, is there a way to add more Banners than the default amount?

I would like each crest (red border) on the left column to be an individual link, and show up for every section. I am not sure how to do this without using the banner option. Any tips?

You can only use one "additionText" field and banners - they are visible across all the sections. Another dirty way is to create them as entries in each section - in this case you will need to create banners in each section repeatedly.

    I see. Thanks.

Here's another question, is there a way I can adapt my site to a mobile device? I know that enabling Responsive Design will do that but I do not like how my site looks on the computer when that is enabled. Is there a way to only enable Responsive Design when viewed on a mobile device?

    Hello,
unfortunately there is no other way :( Responsive layout do have their own requirements for layout and it's limiting your freedom of dragging and dropping entries.
