Our developer will take a look on your issue with the
installation after he gets back from his annual vocation. But I
would suggest you to try out our hosting, so that you won't have to
worry about servers. Our customers receive full support and instant
software updates at a very reasonable pricing <a href=

Have a great day!

Juritatag:support.berta.me,2012-03-15:Comment/336636032014-07-07T08:16:30Z2014-07-07T08:16:30ZInstallation problem

Hi Jurita,

Thanks for you reply. I tried to post separately about hosting
but it doesn't look like it made it to the message board. I'd like
to use Berta for hosting as well but have already paid for hosting
until 2016 with another company. I was wondering how
straightforward it would be to switch a site I'd built from the
downloaded files to a hosted site? Obviously I'd ideally just start
a hosting plan now but don't want to end up paying twice! Perhaps
there's something else you could suggest? Many thanks for you
help!

louise sheerantag:support.berta.me,2012-03-15:Comment/336636032014-07-14T06:55:08Z2014-07-14T06:55:08ZInstallation problem

Well, we can offer you to set Berta engine to your server
ourselves with the help of our developer, but this will be a paid
service with EUR 30 per hour fee. After your paid hosting expires
in 2016, we will help you to move the content of your website to
our hosting.

Let me know, what you decide!

Jurita
