my website does not appear in google search

Hi there

I'm am running the latest downloaded berta on a server, the website is live something like a week, but if if I google my site www.furnitecture.ch will not appear in the goole search at all. I put keywords, description and so on (see screenshot).

Any suggestions? Anything more to do?

    try to add your site to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ this will help you better understand your web page SEO.
