Email host needs help

Between my email host and berta support, my email is still not working after 48 hrs. Please help. The DNS records are not correct, not matching, not working. Is there a direct number at berta that they can call so the right info can be found? You have set the records for me but they are still not working.

    This is the server mx record sent to me by my email host.
    Contact the other host and ask them to make the MX records:
    priority 10 Host @ Points to mx.accountsupport.com
    priority 20 Host @ Points to mx.accountsupport.com
    priority 30 Host @ Points to mx.accountsupport.com

    If this doesnt work, is it possible to provide my email host with an IP address so they can point the A record back to berta?

    Hello Ellen,
    we have removed unused DNS records from your domain ellenjong.com, now your email should work.
    If not, wait couple hours and let us know your progress

    Hi.

    [email blocked] email is working now :) thank you! but, the others
    don't seem to be yet. I will wait a few hours and let you know the

    hi.
    i just spoke to my email host and there was a mismatch in info from their
    end and my dns manager. i was not able to receive emails consistently and
    was not able to set up email accounts on my devices. i just updated my dns
    record and will have to wait a couple hours to make sure it all work ok. i
    hope it works!

    hello berta,
    i can't describe how frustrated i am with setting up my email. i don't know
    what else to do. it has been at least one business day since i signed up??
    enough time to wait for results, no? my email ([email blocked]) was
    working this morning then my email host did something to make it work
    better, now it is not working. something is not right and i cannot figure
    it out. please, if there is a direct number so i can speak to someone i
    would like to fix this asap. or please let me know what i have done to make
    a simple process so complicated? or, is it always this complicated?

    Hello again,
    your DNS MX record for email points to mx.accountsupport.com a that's is, we can't do anything more as we don't host your email.
    Please contact your email hosting provider and ask them what can we do to improve your email services. We are hosting your DNS zone, nothing more.
