Namecheap Domain configured properly -- Will not load!

Hi,
I have configured the nameservers of my namecheap account properly, and have had this confirmed -- everything is how it should be on my namecheap domain: elena-marshall.com
However, my Berta site will not load when elena-marshall.com is entered into the URL. It has been about 3 days, so enough time has passed. I have also added the domain on my dashboard under "Domain Name".

there was a small configuration problem with our DNS servers.
Now it's fixed.
