I see that images can be manually rearranged within a
gallery, dragging one at a time. However, when there are tens of
images this gets quite tedious, given that the gallery pop-up
window is rather small and it does not seem to scroll
automatically. Is there any way of dragging multiple items
simultaneously, or perhaps enlarging the pop-up window so it would
show more images same time?

Henriktag:support.berta.me,2012-03-15:Comment/293590872013-10-14T07:18:57Z2013-10-14T07:18:57ZArranging images within gallery

Hello Henrik,
unfortunately there is no good solution for this at the moment,
I'll add this as a feature request.

Thanks for reporting

Uldistag:support.berta.me,2012-03-15:Comment/293590872014-06-12T08:44:13Z2014-06-12T08:44:13ZArranging images within gallery

Hello Henrik,
we have improved Berta gallery editor, now all the images are
arranged in rows and columns and can be easily arranged by dragging
them around.

Uldistag:support.berta.me,2012-03-15:Comment/293590872014-06-12T18:47:05Z2014-06-12T18:47:05ZArranging images within gallery

Thanks for rememberig me. Yes, this is a great move.
version.
Having just done it, my whole website design was destroyed.

I aknowledge that you can't support sites not hosted on your
servers, but perhaps you can just tell me if this is supposed to
happen?

I noticed that from the previous version the templates folder
has been change to _templates.
Drag and drop installation left the old templates folder intact. I
thought this might confuse the engine so I deleted the old folder
manually.
No help with resolving the lay out. I had to resort back to an old
version of Berta.

Best
Henrik

usually if you are upgrading Berta correctly there should not be
any data damage. I can recommend you to always create a backup
before upgrade. In some cases wrong upgrade process or different
server configuration can also cause a data damage.

After a pause I am back trying to solve the update problem. It
must be a permissions issue.
Before I give up my attempt, would you kindly answer this
question:

Is it so that the latest Berta must have a folder "_templates"
instead of "templates"?

Best
