Multisite feature is available only using Berta.me Pro and Shop plan. 

To rename the site use the Multisite menu item from the main navigation. From the list of existing sites choose the one to rename by clicking the edit icon. You will be able to overwrite the name to the new one. The same way you can rename the sites address path part.
