Email for your domain doesn't work?

If you have set our Namservers for your own domain name then probably you may wonder why your email doesn't work anymore!

All your domain DNS zone is delegated to our servers when you set our nameservers.
You can manage your DNS records in our hosting control panel - login and go to DNS Manager

You need to add MX records for your own domain in DNS Manager. Ask for MX records to your email hosting provider. Berta to not provide email hosting.

DNS changes in some cases can take up to 48h for global DNS servers to update information.
